John King, president of Rampart Homes, has a family legacy of quality homes built in Sarasota. John's father Rolland King was a developer and home builder here in Sarasota for many years.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
DETAILS! A custom set of specifications is written and re-written for each and every job until client and builder are in complete harmony on every detail of what will be included in the project.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Rampart Homes has been located in Sarasota at the at the same location for over ten years.

From I-75 take exit 205 (Bee Ridge Road)and exit to the west. Turn south onto McIntosh Road. Rampart Homes in located in McAshton Plaza on your right at the stop sign at Ashton. (accross Ashton Rd from the BP station)
