How long have you been in business?

What is your primary product or service?
Providing a full range of services and supplies to the professional pest control operator. Professional grade products wholesale distributorship open 7 days a week, and the repair of all related equipment. We also build custom spray rigs, and take old equipment in trade. We also serve the do it yourselfer.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I was the Sales-Service Mgr for Residex in Sarasota until they pulled out of this area, leaving dozens of smaller, walk in type customers with nowhere to go. I filled that need.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I offer my customers expanded availability, with flexible hours based on needs, and 7 days a week. I carry the most diverse range of products available in this industry.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Currently one location, which is to be transformed very soon into a spray rig manufacturing facility, and then another location will be opened to serve the walk in customers, and to provide CEU training, seminars, meetings, etc.
Provide detailed directions to your location
The only way to get here is off US301. Going southbound on 301 from Bradenton, pass through the intersection at University, and also DeSoto. Then at the next light which is Northgate Blvd. take that right into the Northgate business Park. Once you are heading into the park, take your first street to the left which is Independence Blvd., then follow the curve to the right, and take that first right, which is Independence Ct, which is where we are located. Look off to the left aftter the road curves to the left, about 3 buildings down, for 4380. Turn left into the warehouse strip at 4380 and come to the back, which is marked Unit B. We have the back third of that building at 4380.
What type of payments do you accept?
All major credit cards, personal and business checks, cash, and Paypal.
Which areas do you service?
Primarily the 25 mile radius around the warehouse, being Sarasota, Bradenton, Palmetto, Ellenton, etc. But we have customers that come in for custom spray equipment sales and service from all over the state of Florida.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Steve LaCroix is the owner and operations manager.
What are your hours of operation?
Posted hours are 7:30 am to 4:00 pm Monday thru Friday, and Sat. & Sun Nonn to 4:00 pm. Flexible availability based on your needs. Just call.
