We have a Broker, CPA, Realtors, leasing agents, accounting and maintenance on staff to handle any property management needs. We also have multilingual support staff. Ryntal has an “A” rating from the Better Business Bureau and are members of Sarasota and Manatee County Chambers of Commerce and Sarasota, Florida Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and the National Association of Residential Property Managers. How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
After working for Ernst & Young as a CPA specializing in Construction and Property Management for 5 years, I went to work for a client that operated in North America in these industries. My 30+ years of experience have been in this industry.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We pride ourselves on taking the time to know and understand our clients and their investment property needs. We focus on serving our clients by providing solid service, up front due diligence to ensure the highest quality tenants possible, and continuous follow up. We also offer transparent, easy to use and readily available information systems that let the investor know exactly how their residential investment property is performing.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We currently have 2 offices and do plan to expand in the near future.
What type of payments do you accept?
ACH, cash, check, money order, cashier checks. We do not accept credit cards at this time.

Manatee and Sarasota Counties.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Our company is privately held and the owners are intimately involved on a daily basis with the company operations.
What are your hours of operation?
Our general business hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday. However, we are available to our investors during evening and weekends. We also have a 24/7 emergency hotline available for our tenants.
