What is your primary product or service?
Residential Real Estate Sale including single family homes, condominiums and vacant land.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Always enjoyed working with people Helping a buyer find one of the largest purchases in his life is a thrill. Now I enjoy helping my agents grow in the profession. I have been licensed since 1988 in Florida. Also held a real estate license in Michigan before moving to Florida in 1985.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Unique, hands-on boutique operation. Agents basically operate from their home office, although we have a presence at our main office which is in an Executive Office Suites.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Our agents are already spread from Hillsborough to south Sarasota Counties.

Our present office is at 2100 Constitution Blvd., Sarasota, FL 34231.
